Terms of service

1. Service provider

tradingstar.io (the “Service”) is operated by Blackwall Capital SL, a Spanish company with tax ID (CIF) B13896592 and registered office at CALLE GRAN VIA CARLES III, 98 - P. 10, Barcelona, Spain, registered with the Barcelona Commercial Registry. Contact: hi@qnt42.com.

2. Nature of the Service

tradingstar.io is an information and analysis tools service. It provides data taken from public documents filed with the US SEC (annual and quarterly reports, material events, insider transactions and fund portfolios), descriptive market indicators, and calculation tools that users apply to data they enter themselves, such as the portfolio risk analysis or the strategy lab. The Service does not provide investment advice, does not issue buy or sell recommendations or trading signals, and does not manage portfolios, nor does it provide any other investment service regulated under securities markets law. Blackwall Capital SL is not an investment firm and is not supervised by the Spanish securities regulator (CNMV) or by any other financial regulator. The Service does not take into account any user's financial situation, objectives or risk profile.

3. Automated content and third-party data

Document extraction and comparison, the classification of material events, the indicators and the summaries are generated automatically, partly with artificial intelligence models run on our own servers, and may contain errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Market data comes from third-party public sources and may be delayed or inaccurate. The Service always links to the original document, which is the only authoritative source: check it before making any decision.

4. Risk warning and hypothetical results

Investing in financial markets involves a risk of loss, including the loss of all capital, especially with leveraged instruments. The Service's backtests, simulations, crisis scenarios, percentiles and statistics are hypothetical calculations based on historical data: they are not forecasts, and past results do not guarantee future results. Any investment decision is solely the user's own and at their sole responsibility.

5. User accounts

Some features require an account with a valid email address. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential and for all activity under their account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or abuse the Service, including automated content extraction (scraping), resale or redistribution.

6. Portfolios, watchlists and alerts

Portfolio data you enter is used to calculate the analysis you request and is only stored if you press “Save portfolio”. You can delete it at any time. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter.
Telegram alerts are sent according to what you follow and the language you use the Service in. We send them with all due care, but they may be delayed or fail to arrive for technical reasons on our side or on third parties' side, and they must not be the sole basis for any decision.

7. Pro plan and payments

The Pro plan is a monthly subscription of €59 (taxes included), processed by Stripe. Blackwall Capital SL does not store card details. The price is charged in euros; if you pay from another currency, your bank handles the conversion.
The subscription renews automatically every month until cancelled. You can cancel at any time and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid.
By subscribing, you consent to immediate access to the digital content and acknowledge that you thereby lose the 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (article 103.m of the Spanish consumer protection act, TRLGDCU).
Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from the next renewal.

8. Intellectual property

The Service's analyses, metrics, texts, design, brand and software belong to Blackwall Capital SL. The original documents filed with the SEC are public and are not subject to this clause. Users receive a personal, limited, non-transferable licence for individual use; reproducing, redistributing or commercialising the Service's content without written permission is prohibited.

9. Availability and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is”, with no guarantee of uninterrupted availability or of the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of the information. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blackwall Capital SL shall not be liable for investment losses, lost profits or indirect damages arising from the use of the Service or of its information. In any event, total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced by email or by a notice on the Service with reasonable advance notice. Continued use after they take effect means acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law, jurisdiction and language

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute is submitted to the courts of Barcelona, without prejudice to the rights granted to the user by the consumer protection law of their country of residence. EU online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. These terms are published in Spanish and English; in case of discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
