Portfolios you analyse without pressing “Save portfolio” are not stored. We do not make automated decisions with legal effects on you or build profiles for commercial purposes. We do not process special categories of data. Summaries and analyses are generated on our own servers: we do not send your data to artificial intelligence providers.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. The market data providers we use receive no personal data. Apart from Telegram as described above, there are no international transfers outside the EEA, other than those the providers listed may carry out under standard contractual clauses or other GDPR safeguards.
Account data, your watchlist, alert history and saved portfolios are kept while your account is active or until you delete them. After you close your account, they are blocked for the applicable legal limitation periods. Billing data is kept for the periods required by tax and commercial law. Technical logs are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Usage statistics are deleted after 13 months. In the Portfolio League, the hashed IP and device records are deleted after 90 days; your alias, portfolios and results are kept while your account is active.
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability at any time by writing to hi@qnt42.com from your account's email address. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) or with the supervisory authority of your country.
This site only uses technical cookies: a session cookie, strictly necessary to keep you logged in, and, in the Portfolio League, a device cookie (tsd) used only to prevent multiple accounts in the competition. The language is set by
the page address itself, without cookies. The daily games use a technical cookie (ts_jugador) with a random identifier so that only your first game of the day counts. Usage statistics are measured without cookies. We do not use analytics, advertising or third-party cookies, so no consent banner is
required. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which involves a technical request to their servers when the page loads.
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures: TLS encryption on all communications, passwords stored with a secure hash, restricted server access and regular backups.
