Internal control weakness identified and remediated as of December 31, 2025

Although as of December 31, 2024, we were not yet required to make a formal assessment of the effectiveness of our internal control over financial reporting in accordance with the requirements of Section 404 of the SOX Act, we identified in the “2024 20-F” one material weakness as defined under the Exchange Act and by the U.S. Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, or PCAOB, in our internal control over financial reporting. The material weakness identified related specifically to insufficient monitoring controls in relation to the activity of privileged users of IT applications. The material weakness did not result in a restatement of our prior year financial statements.
